Location: New York

Education: Bachelor Degree in Management or related

Job Description:

Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs;

Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for caregivers;

Analyze training needs to develop new training programs and improve existing programs;

Offer specific training programs to help caregivers maintain or improve job skills;

Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members;

Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials, such as handouts or tools;

Interview, hire, train and evaluate staff;

Prepare standardized curricula, teaching techniques and learning materials;

Oversee compliance with all federal, state and local regulations related to training and education;
